In the morning, we will explore a beautiful park.Qingyang Palace is a millennium-old Taoist temple hidden in downtown Chengdu, known as the No.1 Taoist Temple in Western Sichuan. Don’t miss the bronze goat combining 12 Chinese zodiac signs for good luck; the dragon-carved Bagua Pavilion is super photogenic, with red walls and ancient buildings perfect for Chinese-style shots. Slow down here to feel Taoist charm and discover a cozy, off-the-beaten-path spot in Chengdu.
Then, we will visit the People's Park, where You will enjoy a delicious lunch while watching Sichuan opera performances. And you can just relax while enjoying a cup of tea , trying to chat with the local drinkers to learn more about tea culture. Furthermore, there is a chance to learn and play Mahjong - one of the most popular games in Chengdu.
Then we'll head to Wuhou Shrine, a famous memorial temple for Zhuge Liang, the prime minister of the Shu Han Dynasty. Between the red walls and bamboo shadows lie thousands of years of Three Kingdoms stories, making it a must-visit spot for Three Kingdoms culture in Chengdu. After leaving Wuhou Shrine, we'll step directly into Jinli Ancient Street next door, a Bashu-style old street filled with plenty of Chengdu's local snacks and handcrafts, perfect for eating, shopping and taking photos.
The tour ends at 16:00 PM with return to the meeting point.
