Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. To protect the rights of both parties, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows (all times calculated based on China Standard Time UTC+8):

1. Cancellation & Refund Scale:
   1. Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the scheduled tour start date: 100% refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (such as real-name scenic area tickets, e.g., The Forbidden City or Terracotta Warriors).
   2. Cancellation between 3 and 7 days prior to the scheduled tour start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
   3. Cancellation less than 3 days prior to the scheduled tour start date: No refund.
2. Itinerary Changes: If you need to modify your travel dates or adjust the itinerary, please contact us via our official email（booking@tvt-road.com）or WhatsApp at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of local resources (fleet, guides, and tickets).
3. Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed back to the original credit card or payment method used at the time of booking. The actual arrival time depends on your bank’s processing cycle (typically 5-10 business days).
