We understand that travel plans can change. To protect the rights of both parties, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows (all times calculated based on China Standard Time UTC+8):<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Cancellation<\/span> 7 days or more<\/span><\/b> prior to the scheduled tour start date: 100% refund, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (such as real-name scenic area tickets, e.g., The Forbidden City or Terracotta Warriors).<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Cancellation<\/span> between 3 and 7 days<\/span><\/b> prior to the scheduled tour start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Cancellation<\/span> less than 3 days<\/span><\/b> prior to the scheduled tour start date: No refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Itinerary Changes<\/span><\/b>: If you need to modify your travel dates or adjust the itinerary, please contact us via our official email<\/span>\uff08<\/span>booking@tvt-road.com<\/span><\/b>\uff09<\/span>or WhatsApp at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of local resources (fleet, guides, and tickets).<\/span><\/li>\n
