Terms of Service

Welcome to TVT ROAD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to our website (tvt-road.com) and the booking of China inbound tours, customized itineraries, and cross-border business travel consulting services provided by us.

1. Booking Confirmation: For customized tours or private charter services, a booking is considered officially confirmed only after we receive your payment and send you an official confirmation email（booking@tvt-road.com） (or confirmation via WhatsApp).
2. Customer Obligations: In accordance with the current laws of Mainland China, all inbound travelers must hold a valid Chinese visa (or qualify under visa-free policies) and a valid passport. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure the compliance of their travel documents.
3. Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, government policy adjustments, temporary attraction closures, or any other emergencies beyond our reasonable control. We will, however, assist in adjusting the itinerary.
4. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
